This used OEM BMW air suspension spring (part number 6781843) replaces number 6781827 and is a genuine rear air spring for the 5 Series GT. It supports the vehicle’s load-leveling system, keeping the rear ride height consistent even under heavy loads. When this air spring develops a leak, the vehicle may sag on one side or the compressor may run more frequently to compensate. It fits both left and right positions on 535i GT and 550i GT models, including xDrive versions, with the 3.0L turbo inline-6 or 4.4L twin-turbo V8.
