Wolf Auto Parts sells used OEM parts. We want every order to be right, so if a part does not work out, we make returns straightforward. The product page and your order details are the source of truth for what was sold and how it was described.

30-Day Returns

Every part comes with a 30-day return window unless the listing clearly marks it as final sale or sold "as is." Parts are inspected and, where applicable, tested before they are listed, but if something is not right you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Before You Buy

  • Use the part number, photos, and fitment details on the listing to confirm the item is right for your vehicle.
  • If you are not sure, contact us with your VIN before ordering so we can help confirm compatibility.
  • Review the condition notes carefully. Used parts can show normal wear, and the listing photos are part of the description.

If Your Part Arrives Damaged

  • Do not install the part. Keep the box and all packaging exactly as it arrived.
  • Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • Contact us right away with your order number and those photos so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.

If a Part Is Incorrect or Does Not Work

  • Do not modify or install a part you believe is incorrect. Installed or altered parts cannot be returned.
  • Contact us with your order number, the part number, and a short explanation of the issue.
  • We will send a replacement if one is available, or process a refund.

Listing-Specific Terms

Some listings are marked final sale or sold "as is." When a listing states different return terms, that listing-level information takes precedence.

Fitment Matters
