This used OEM BMW blower motor (part 9229658, also replaces 9245849 and 6971108) was removed from a donor vehicle. Also called a fan, this front HVAC blower circulates air through the cabin. When the blower motor fails, you may hear squealing or rubbing noises, or get no airflow at all from the vents. It’s built for BMW X5 and X6 models with a range of 3.0L six-cylinder and 4.4L/4.8L V8 engines (gas, diesel, and hybrid).
