This is a used OEM BMW rear bumper tow hook cover (cap) with OEM part number 8045461. It also replaces 7892601. Originally removed from a 128i or 135i, this genuine cover fits 3.0L inline-6 engines—both naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions. The cap snaps into the rear bumper to conceal the tow hook receptacle, keeping the bumper looking clean and preventing dirt or moisture entry when the hook is not in use.
