Audi S5 Caua 4.2 Engine Cylinder Head (OEM 079103063CT) is a used genuine cylinder head removed from a donor vehicle. This left-side cylinder head also replaces number 079103063CN. Designed for the 4.2L 4163CC V8 gas DOHC naturally aspirated engine, the cylinder head seals the combustion chamber and houses valvetrain components. Common failure symptoms include external coolant leaks, misfires from blown head gaskets, or loss of compression due to cracks or warpage.
