Also known as the center channel speaker or midrange woofer, this unit handles mid-bass frequencies in the dash. It supersedes numbers 9192461, 6945417, 9143233, and 6954871 (prefixes 91 and 69 series). When the central speaker fails, you may notice hollow or missing audio from the center of the dash, muddying your stereo's soundstage.
