This cylinder is also compatible with older revisions 1K0721261AJ, 1K0721261AC, and 1K0721261S. Designed for EA211 and EA888 engine families (1.4L, 1.5L, 1.6L, and 2.0L turbo and naturally aspirated), it disengages the clutch hydraulically when you press the pedal. A failing slave cylinder often leads to a soft or sticking clutch pedal, difficulty shifting, or fluid leaks from the bellhousing area.
