This spring supports the front axle on Audi Q5, Q5 PHEV, Q5 Sportback, and SQ5 models with 2.0L turbo, MHEV, PHEV, or 3.0L engines. A worn or broken coil spring causes uneven ride height, clunking noises, or poor handling—replacing it restores proper suspension geometry and load support. Fits left or right front positions.
