This used OEM Electric Cooling Fan Housing / Cowl, genuine part number 5QM121205B, was removed from a Volkswagen donor. Also known as a fan shroud or cowl, it securely mounts the cooling fan to the radiator. A cracked or warped housing can cause the fan to wobble, vibrate, or lose proper airflow, leading to overheating. Designed for 1.8L 1798CC turbocharged gas and 2.0L 1968CC turbocharged diesel engines (EA888 and EA288 families), this housing is a direct structural replacement for the original unit.
