Used BMW OEM exhaust camshaft (camshaft) with part number 7570502, also superseding 7570499 and 7504147. This right-side cam controls exhaust valve timing on select 4.4L and 4.8L V8 engines (including N62 and N63 families). A worn camshaft can cause rough idle, misfire, or a check engine light due to improper valve lift.
