This is the right-side rail for 4.2L V8 engines, including both diesel (turbodiesel) and gas (naturally aspirated) DOHC variants. The fuel rail distributes pressurized fuel to the injectors; a failing rail can cause uneven fuel delivery, rough idle, hard starting, or a check engine light.
