This Audi intake cam / camshaft (OEM 079109101BL) is a used genuine part removed from a donor vehicle. It also replaces 079109101AP. This right-side camshaft came from a 4.2L V8 engine (found in Audi A6 Quattro and S4). The intake cam controls valve opening for the intake cycle; worn lobes can cause rough idle, misfire, or ticking valvetrain noise.
