BMW Intake Cam / Camshaft (OEM 7568181, also replaces 7629529) — a used genuine OEM part for the right-side (passenger) cylinder head. This cam controls intake valve timing; a worn or failed unit can cause rough idle, reduced power, or a check-engine light. It fits multiple BMW N63 and S63 V8 engines (4.4L turbocharged), as well as N52 and N55 inline-six applications (3.0L).
