This used Audi lower hood latch / lock, OEM part number 8W0823509C, is a genuine factory component removed from a donor vehicle. Also called a hood lock, it secures the hood closed. A worn or sticking latch can prevent the hood from closing fully or make it difficult to release, a common issue on A5, S5, and RS5 models with turbocharged and supercharged engines. This used part provides a direct replacement.
