This is a used OEM BMW MAF / Mass Air Flow Sensor / Meter, part number 7830359, also replacing 7839014. This sensor measures the volume and density of incoming air, providing the DME with critical data for calculating fuel injection and ignition timing. A failing unit often causes rough idle, hesitation under acceleration, or a check engine light for lean/rich mixture. It was removed from a running donor vehicle and is ready for installation.
