This used OEM Volkswagen Online Services / Phone Module Wiring Connector / Pigtail (OEM part number 561035283, also replaces 561035283) is a genuine factory harness section for the vehicle's telematics module. It provides the electrical connection for the phone module and online services unit. A failing connector or damaged pigtail can cause intermittent Bluetooth connectivity, non-functional SOS/emergency call features, or complete loss of module communication. This connector was removed from a 2.0L turbocharged Volkswagen Passat.
