Audi Q7 power steering pump hose / line, OEM 7L8422889C, is a used genuine part. This original hose (also called a power steering line) carries hydraulic fluid from the pump to the steering rack. On the 3.0L diesel (turbocharged 2967CC V6) or 3.0L gas (supercharged 2995CC V6), a failing hose can leak fluid, causing low assist and hard steering.
