BMW seat upper backrest trim/panel (OEM 7161886) is a genuine used part removed from a donor vehicle. This front-seat panel covers the upper portion of the seatback on left or right sides. Over time, the original trim can develop cracks, broken mounting clips, or loose fit. This replacement restores the clean appearance of the seat's upper back area. It fits a range of BMW X5 and X6 models with various inline-six, V8, and diesel engine options.
