The BMW spindle knuckle with wheel bearing (OEM 3450559, also replaces 3450557) is a used genuine part for the front left side. This assembly supports the wheel hub and allows steering movement while the integrated bearing reduces friction. A failing bearing often produces a humming or grinding noise that changes with driving speed, or noticeable play in the wheel.
