Porsche and Volkswagen left rear spindle knuckle with wheel bearing, OEM part number 7P0505435A, also replaces 7P0505435. This used genuine unit came from a donor vehicle. It’s a rear suspension component that carries the wheel hub and bearing assembly. When the bearing wears, you’ll hear humming or growling noises from that corner, or feel play in the wheel. Left rear placement. Compatible with Cayenne and Touareg models equipped with 3.0L diesel, hybrid, or 3.6L/4.2L/4.8L gasoline engines.
