This genuine OEM Land Rover up shift paddle (OEM # BJ327L074BA, also replaces LR028874) is a factory right-side shift paddle from a donor vehicle. The paddle allows manual gear selection without taking your hands off the wheel. When the internal contacts wear or the paddle mechanism binds, upshifts may become intermittent or require extra force. This example was removed from a Land Rover with 2.0L Ingenium or 3.0L V6 engines.
