Audi Timing Chain Tensioner (OEM 07D109507C) is a used genuine part that also replaces 07D109507E. This tensioner maintains proper chain slack in the 4.0L W8 and 6.0L W12 naturally aspirated engines found in certain Audi and Volkswagen models. A failing tensioner often produces a rattling noise on cold starts or during idle as hydraulic pressure drops and chain slack increases.
