Returns
We understand that there may be times when you need to return a part. For this reason, most of our parts are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
- Please fill out the form below to start the return process.
- We will respond with return instructions as well as an RMA number to include with your return.
- Please ensure the part is in the same condition as when it was received and in its original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exceptions
There are some exceptions to our 30-day warranty and return policy. Some parts may not be eligible for return or may have a different warranty period.
