Also known as the tailgate module, it replaces numbers 9451483, 9491419, 8739659, 7496723, 7487106, 7481616, and 7428723. This module controls power opening and closing of the liftgate; when it fails, the trunk may not respond to the button or remote. Programming to your vehicle's VIN by a qualified shop or dealer is required after installation.
