A used genuine BMW window regulator with motor, OEM part number 7166381, removed from a donor X5. This left-rear electric regulator powers the window glass up and down. When the motor or cables begin to fail, common symptoms include slow or jerky window movement, a grinding noise from inside the door, or the window dropping into the door. It fits X5 models with the available six- and eight-cylinder engines.
