This is a used OEM BMW windshield wiper arm, part number 7198597, also replacing 7035099. It's the left-side wiper arm, designed to pivot the blade across the driver's side of the windshield. A worn or damaged wiper arm can cause streaking, chattering, or incomplete clearing of the glass, especially in rain or snow. This genuine arm was removed from a donor BMW and is ready for installation.
