This used BMW OEM cylinder head is a 3.0L engine cylinder head, original part number 7591619, also superseding 7565959. It was removed from a donor vehicle. Designed for the naturally aspirated 3.0L inline-6 (N52 family) found in 128i and 328i models, this head seals the combustion chambers and houses the valvetrain. Common failure points include cracking between valve seats or warping from overheating, leading to coolant loss or cylinder misfire. As a bare head, it requires transfer of your existing valvetrain components before installation.
