Used OEM Porsche 4.8L engine cylinder head, genuine part 94810401676 (also replaces 94810401675, 94810401671, 94810401670). This is the left-side head for the 4.8L V8 (4806cc, DOHC) found in Cayenne and Panamera, covering both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines. The cylinder head seals the combustion chamber and houses the valves, camshafts, and spark plugs; failure often shows as coolant loss, misfires, or compression drop at the affected bank.
