A used genuine OEM BMW ABS / speed sensor, part number 6865794 (also replaces 6794375), mounts at the front left or right wheel. Also called a wheel speed sensor, it monitors rotation for the ABS and stability control systems, and is used on both the BMW i3 and i3s—including the 0.6L range-extender (BEV REX) and pure battery-electric variants. A failing sensor often triggers an ABS or traction control warning light and can cause speedometer inaccuracy.
