Used OEM Audi AC Cut-off Valve, part number 8R0260696B. This genuine component is also known as an air conditioning cut-off switch or refrigerant cut-off valve. It serves to interrupt the A/C compressor signal under specific load conditions, such as full throttle or high engine demand, protecting the system from overstress. When this valve fails, the A/C may not engage, the compressor can cycle erratically, or the system may fail to cool entirely. It was removed from a donor vehicle and is ready for installation.
