This used genuine OEM air intake duct (Porsche part 7L5129533 / 95511053400, also supersedes 95512953300) is the right-side tube from a Porsche Cayenne with the 4.5L 4511cc V8. Also referred to as an intake tube, it channels filtered air to the throttle body. A cracked or split duct can allow unmetered air in, causing a rough idle or a check-engine light.
