This genuine BMW audio control switch (OEM 9187957) is a used, factory part removed from a donor vehicle. It mounts in the rear, right-side seating area, letting rear passengers adjust volume, change tracks, or mute the audio system. Also replaces part numbers 9187962, 7241921, and 9187956. If the switch becomes unresponsive or the buttons fail, the rear audio controls will no longer function.
