Used Audi B Pillar Air Vent – left side, genuine OEM part number 4F0819383A. This used factory vent directs airflow from the HVAC system to rear-seat passengers through the left B-pillar trim. Over time the louvers may become stuck or broken, reducing proper ventilation.
