This used OEM BMW brake caliper carrier (OEM 6870584, also replaces 34206870584) is the rear right mounting bracket that secures the caliper in place. Also called a caliper bracket, it ensures proper alignment of the brake pads against the rotor. A worn or corroded carrier can cause caliper misalignment, uneven pad wear, or brake noise. Fits BMW models with 2.0L turbo gas or PHEV four-cylinder, or 3.0L diesel six-cylinder engines.
