This used Audi VW genuine OEM brake caliper carrier (bracket) part number 3D0615426A is the rear right-side mounting for the caliper on select large-engine models. Also known simply as a brake caliper bracket, it secures the caliper in position and provides proper alignment for the pads and rotor. When this carrier corrodes or warps, symptoms can include brake drag, uneven pad wear, or pedal pulsation. Originally fitted to 4.2L V8, 5.2L V10, and 6.0L W12 gas engines.
