BMW Brake Pedal Travel Sensor (OEM 6855309) is a used genuine part from a donor vehicle. This sensor monitors pedal position for the ECU, controlling brake lights and hybrid-system regeneration. When it fails, symptoms include brake lights that stay on, flicker, or don't illuminate, and possible check-engine or drivetrain warnings. Removed from a BMW model with a 2.0L, 3.0L, or 1.5L turbocharged engine.
