This genuine Porsche cam / camshaft adjuster screw bolt (OEM 94810418101) is a used part removed from a donor vehicle. It secures the camshaft adjuster to the camshaft on 4.5L, 4.8L V8 and 5.7L V10 engines. A worn or broken bolt can allow the adjuster to loosen, causing timing chain noise or poor engine performance. Direct replacement for original equipment.
