The Volkswagen Eos Convertible Top Latch (OEM 1Q0871750C) is a used, genuine right-side latch. This part also replaces 1Q0871750B. It secures the folding hardtop to the windshield header on the passenger side. A failing latch may cause the top to not close fully or trigger a warning light, preventing the roof from operating. This latch is specific to the Eos with the 2.0L turbocharged engine.
