This coolant hose, also superseding number 079121030, routes engine coolant on the 4.0L 3993cc V8 DOHC turbocharged engine found in the Audi A8, RS7, S6, S7, and S8. When this hose cracks or develops a leak, it causes low coolant levels, overheating, and possible engine damage. Inspect the hose for swelling or brittle spots—replacing a failing coolant line restores proper cooling system pressure and flow.
