This genuine Audi coolant hose grommet, OEM 8W0122291AK, also replaces 80A122291BQ. It seals the left-side coolant line connection, preventing leaks that can cause overheating or low coolant warnings. Used on 2.0L turbocharged and 3.0L supercharged/turbocharged engines in A4, A5, S4, and S5 models. Its proper function keeps the cooling system pressurized and avoids drips at the hose interface.
