This used OEM Audi Core Support Snub Mount Bracket (4B0199335L) secures the engine snub mount, which controls engine rock during acceleration and deceleration. When the bracket cracks or the mount fails, you may feel excessive drivetrain vibration or a clunk on hard shifts. Also called the snub mount bracket, it supports the front engine damper on V6-powered A6 and A6 Quattro models, including 2.8L, 3.0L naturally aspirated and supercharged, and 3.2L engines. A worn or broken bracket should be replaced to restore proper driveline damping.
