This is a used OEM BMW crankcase ventilation hose, part number 7575640, also known as the right-side breather hose. It routes blow-by gases from the valve cover back into the intake system on 4.4L and 4.8L V8 engines, including the N63 and S63 turbocharged variants. A cracked or clogged hose can cause rough idle, oil leaks, or a check engine light from a vacuum leak.
