This is a used OEM BMW crankshaft / crank pulley hub, part number 7597421, removed from a donor vehicle. It serves as the central mounting point for the crankshaft pulley, transferring rotational force from the engine to drive accessory belts. A worn or damaged hub can cause pulley wobble, belt slippage, or a noticeable vibration at the front of the engine. This hub is specific to BMW 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engines, including the N20 and B48 families found in the 228i, 320i, 328i, 428i, 528i, X1, X3, X4, X5, and Z4 models.
