This is a used OEM BMW crankshaft pulley / harmonic balancer screw, part number 7573672. Also known as the bolt, it secures the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft. A failing or loose bolt can cause a wobbling pulley, leading to belt slippage or noise from the front of the engine. It is a genuine factory part, not an aftermarket replacement.
