This bolt secures the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft on 4.4L and 4.8L V8 engines (both naturally aspirated and supercharged variants). A damaged or missing bolt allows the pulley to shift, causing belt misalignment, vibration, and potential engine damage. Interchange numbers are not recorded for this fastener.
