Also called the bolt, it secures the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft on 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engines found in Audi A3, A3 Quattro, Q3, and S3 models (both standard gas and MHEV versions). A failing or loose bolt can cause the pulley to wobble, leading to belt noise, vibration, or eventual balancer separation.
