This used genuine CV axle transfers torque from the differential to the wheel, and a worn unit typically causes a clicking noise during turns or grease leaking from a torn boot. It was removed from a donor BMW X3 or X4 equipped with one of several turbocharged 2.0L or 3.0L engines (including mild-hybrid variants).
