BMW CV Axle Shaft 7564128—a used genuine OEM unit removed from a donor vehicle. This left, rear, or right half-shaft also replaces 8609839 and 8603103. CV axles transfer engine torque to the wheel while accommodating suspension travel and steering angle. On X5 and X6 models fitted with turbocharged 3.0L I6 (gas or diesel), 4.4L V8 (gas or hybrid), or 4.8L V8 naturally aspirated engines, a worn axle often produces a clicking noise during tight turns or a vibration under acceleration, especially with a torn outer boot.
