This used genuine OEM CV axle shaft (BMW part number 8609839) also replaces 8603103 and 7564124. It’s a left, rear, or right half shaft pulled from a donor X5 or X6. When a CV axle wears, you’ll often hear a clicking noise during turns or feel vibration on acceleration. It fits BMW models with the 3.0L turbocharged six (gas or diesel) and 4.4L V8 engines, including hybrid and naturally aspirated versions.
