A used Audi door latch / lock actuator, OEM 4B0839015H (also replaces 4B0839015C), for the left rear door. This genuine part controls both the mechanical latching and central locking function. When it fails, the door may not close fully or the power lock may not engage—common issues on these models. Removed from an Audi donor vehicle.
If you have one door that isn't locking / unlocking correctly this is probably the problem. Replace your bad unit with a good working one!
